Hindus worship by making Tulsi Moth. Tulsi is considered to be a form of Lord Vishnu. Tulsi is a type of weed plant. It is found everywhere in the mountains and the Terai. Tulsi has been considered very important for medicinal treatment since ancient times. To awaken appetite, to prevent constipation, to increase strength, to reduce and cure fever, fever, constipation, burning urine, mouth sores, toothache, flatulence, pain, fatigue, asthma, obesity, blindness, leprosy, tea, leprosy, Tulsi is considered useful in case of wind, heart, labor pain, venereal disease, scurvy, ringworm, skin disease, sore throat, diarrhea, scorpion bite, snake bite. 

As it is a great medicine, the doctors of the Ghat encourage even the dying patients to put tulsi in their mouth. In Hinduism, it is a tradition to keep Tulsi in the mouth. Hindus place Tulsi manjari on the given body as a symbol of rebirth after death, Shradvadi work and food received by the deceased ancestors from their relatives.

From a religious point of view, it is also discussed that keeping tulsi in the house will bring happiness and prosperity.
There is also an argument that after Sati woman Vrinda cursed Vishnu, she transformed into the form of Tulsi and became a resident of human life with immunity power. Tulsi, which has been an integral part of human life since Satya Yuga
, is equally important  today  .

These are of three types:
1. Forest Basil
2. Rama Tulsi
3. Krishna Tulsi

Van Tulsi is a wild type of Tulsi. It grows up to 2 meters tall and has a pungent peppery taste. Krishna Tulsi It is also known as Shyama Tulsi. Its leaves and stems are purple in color and are bitter like rag marich. It is about 30960 cm high.

-Rama Tulsi Its leaves are bright green in color and the taste is sweet.

 -Benefits of Tulsika leaves Fever can be reduced by making a Tulsi stem and drinking it. 

– Due to the antioxidant properties of basil leaves, it improves the functioning of pancreatic beta cells.

– Reduces blood sugar by increasing insulin sensitivity and controls diabetes.

 -Tulsi keeps the heart healthy by reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

 People who chew basil leaves daily do not get heart disease.

 Basil reduces the stress hormone cortisol. 

 -Tulsi does not cause stress. 

Basil keeps the kidneys healthy by reducing the level of uric acid in the blood. 

– The habit of smoking is also removed by chewing basil leaves.

– Thymol present in basil cures skin problems.

– It cleans the blood and brings radiance to the face.

– Due to the painkiller properties of basil, it reduces the headache caused by migraine. 

– Chewing four or five green leaves of Tulsi every day relieves migraines.

Basil strengthens the immune system.

– It is considered useful to reduce cough and rheumatism.

-Drinking Tulsi water daily increases brain function.

– Even if you have diarrhea, if you drink basil water, you will get relief.

– It is helpful in keeping the digestive system fit and also in stimulating the appetite.

How to use: 
The leaves can be washed well and eaten or boiled well by putting 394 leaves in water and can be consumed as Tulsi tea. If you soak basil seeds in water and eat them, you can get a lot of benefits from them. Soaking about 2 teaspoons of basil seeds in 1 cup of water for about 15 minutes is considered appropriate.
