Sydney. Two Nepalese youths have died after falling into the sea while fishing in Sydney, Australia. The New South Wales Police said the deceased were 22 and 25-year-old men.
They fell into the sea on Monday while rock fishing near Cape Solander Drive in Cornell, north of Cronulla. They are said to be fishing on the rocks without life jackets.
The Surf Life Saving New South Wales State Operations Center received information that two people who were fishing fell from the rocks into the water at around 2:45 am local time. Officers from Surf Life Saving New South Wales, paramedics from New South Wales Ambulance and Marine Rescue also arrived at the scene.
According to the police, the rescue personnel reached the spot and took out two people and gave them first aid. However, both were declared dead on the spot after some time.
