Kathmandu – Hardik Pandya, a member of the Indian cricket team, has reached the top position in the T20 international cricket rankings for all-rounders.
In the latest rankings published by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Hardik improved by 2 places and reached the top spot. He performed brilliantly when India won the title in the recently concluded T-20 Cricket World Cup. He scored 144 runs and took 11 wickets throughout the tournament.
Hardik has become the world’s number one T20 all-rounder after Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga. He is the first Indian player to become the number one all-rounder in the T20 rankings. Australia’s Marcus Stoinis has improved by 1 place and is in third place while Hasaranga is in second place.
In the T20 batting rankings, Australia’s Travis Head is at the top position, India’s Suryakumar Yadav is at the second position and England’s Phil Salt is at the third position.
Similarly, while Adil Rashid of England remained at the top position in the T20 bowling rankings, Enrich Nortje of South Africa improved by 7 places and reached the second place. Similarly, Sri Lanka’s Wanindu Hasaranga remains in third place.
The position of Nepali players in the rankings is not very low.
