The name that has recently emerged in the music industry is Simran Pariyar. An 18-year-old singer, Pariyar, has recorded 14 songs in just a week, most of which have gained popularity.
Songs like “Muto Ma Ghau Chha…”, “E Saima Pareli Bhitra”, and “Pani Pareko” are making waves in the music scene.
Pariyar, who is currently studying science in grade 12 at Vidya Mandir Secondary School in Baglung Municipality-6, Tin Tale, is capturing everyone’s attention with her voice.
“I have returned to Baglung from Kathmandu with my singing studies continuously. The respect from the school and Baglung Municipality has greatly motivated me. My aim is to uplift the field of singing alongside my studies,” said Pariyar.
Pariyar began singing from grade five itself. She mentioned, “Various opportunities to bring songs by different creators have inspired me.” She also mentioned that with the support of Bhojraj Thapa, she successfully recorded a song. Her first song gained attention in just a few days and was publicized on Friday.
Baglung Municipality has honored Pariyar, who came into the limelight through social media, with a cash prize of up to 30,000 rupees.
She has already succeeded in her first stage show. On the second day of Bhadra, she presented her song at the Hareli Fair. Her voice has attracted many listeners. Some of Pariyar’s songs are yet to be released publicly.
“The first opportunity to sing was given to me by singer Sunil Bisil,” she mentioned. Pariyar has a special regard for singer Pramod Kharel’s songs. “I am pleased to sing songs with Kharel. It brings me happiness to have the opportunity to sing along with him” she said.
Pariyar expressed her desire to receive musical training from Kharel. She also mentioned that she received advice from the principal, Chhabiram Regmi to continue her singing pursuits with consistency.
