If you separate the time for waking up, time for work, time for eating, time for breakfast, time for rest and time for recreational activities, no time will remain stressful.
Thirdly, if the food is eaten in a balanced way, the digestive system in the stomach of the body works very easily. In this way balance comes to the mind which is worked. The mind remains cold. Stomach ache and tension should not be caused. It helps a lot in the production of enzymes or liquid juices required for the body’s food and digestion.
