Kathmandu: Opener Anil Shah has scored a half century. Opener Shah scored a half-century in the one-day series match against Canada on Saturday at the Trivi Cricket Ground.
He completed 50 runs in 19 balls in 6.2 overs. But in the next ball, Ishwarjot got out. Shah hit 3 sixes and 7 fours. Nepal has lost two wickets with Saha getting out.
In the second match of the ODI series, Canada scored 285 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the scheduled overs. Before that, Nepal, chasing a target of 286 runs, was caught out by Asif Ishwarjot, who scored 10 runs in the fifth ball of the fourth over.
Before this, opener Aaron Johnson scored the highest 65 runs for Canada. He hit 10 fours and 2 sixes. Similarly, another opener Navneet Dhaliwal scored 46 runs, Pargat Singh contributed 38 runs, Shreyas Mobba contributed 40 runs. Mobba was dismissed by Bhim Saraki on the last ball of Sompal Kami.
