Nepal has voted in favor of ending the ongoing war between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas group. After the vote, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution to stop the war. After the resolution was passed, an immediate ceasefire was called for ending the hostilities.
120 votes were cast in favor of the proposal, while 14 countries voted against it. While Nepal voted in favour, 45 countries including India did not vote. According to the news, Israel voted against this proposal.
