Due to continuous rains, physical structures have been damaged due to excessive flooding in different parts of the country, and the means of transport have stopped on the road due to road blockage. According to RSS reporters, various roads in Lamjung, Dang, Chitwan, Waglung, Parbat, Udaipur have been blocked.
The Narayangadh-Muglin road has been blocked due to landslides. District Police Office Chitwan informed that a landslide occurred in Jholungu Bridge and Simaltal located in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-29. In coordination with the road division, efforts are being made to move vehicles away from the landslide.

Under the Prithvi Highway, Ichchakamana Rural Municipality-3 near Mouwakhola, the road has been cleared in one direction. According to Police Inspector Nirla Bhandari of Muglin Area Police Office, landslides are occurring in places because of the non-stop rain. It will take some more time to open the road in both directions. Meanwhile, the local administration has requested travel on this road except for essential work.
Blocked Maldhunga-Beni road

The Maldhunga-Beni road in Parbat has been blocked under the Kaligandaki Corridor connecting Myagdi and Mustang with the National Highway. Due to last night’s heavy rain, the road was blocked due to landslides at three places. On the 13 km long road from Maldhunga to Beni, Kushma Municipality- 1, there is a hillock with mounds near Maldhunga. Similarly, the road was also blocked in Phanphane located in Jaljala Village Palika-8.
Six houses were destroyed by landslides on the mountain

Six houses have been buried in Parbat’s Modi Rural Municipality. According to District Police Office Parbat, 6 houses of Jaruwa in Modi Rural Municipality-2 Deupur have been buried, while 15 families including 9 families at risk have been completely displaced. The landslide has occurred since Wednesday afternoon. Kushma Municipality- 11 Pakuwa’s raid also found a house buried, police said.
Gaighat-Diktel road blocked

The Gaighat Diktel road has been blocked due to a landslide on the Ratmate Hill of Triyuga Municipality-14 in Udaipur District. The road has been blocked since Wednesday afternoon. Efforts are being made to operate emergency vehicles for ambulances. District administration office, Triyuga municipality and Gaighat-Diktel road office are making integrated efforts
Mid-hill highway closure

The Baglung section of the mid-hill Pushpalal Highway has been blocked due to landslides. Rishiram Kandel, Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Baglung, informed that Madhyapahari Pushpalal Highway was closed due to a landslide on the road at Bayaldanda, Kathekhola Rural Municipality-6, Baglung.
The Bensisahar-Chame road was also not opened

Bensisahar-Chame road connecting Lamjung and Manang has been closed for ten days. After the flood swept away the concrete bridge of Chame Rural Municipality-1 Timangkhola in Manang, vehicles have not operated on that road.
After the Beili Bridge was swept away by the flood that occurred in June 2078, traffic was being operated by placing a bridge over Timangkhola. Two years ago, a motorized concrete bridge was constructed there.
Damage in transit

Ghorahi-Tulsipur and Ghorahi roads have also been blocked due to floods. The road was closed after the diversion in the Ghorahi-Tulsipur section, where the construction of the bridge was going on, was swept away by the flood.
