Chitwan: A boarding school bus has been set on fire in West Chitwan. While going to pick up the students, the accident happened in Bharatpur Metropolitan City-20 Dadreni on the bus of Small Haven in Kalyanpur. According to the police, an unknown group set fire to the Bagmati Province-06-001K0045 bus at 8:30 in the morning.
The fire brigade of the Metropolitan Municipality extinguished the fire but the bus was completely damaged. According to the District Police Office Chitwan, the incident is being investigated.
Chitwan Police Spokesperson DSP bheshraj Rizal said that a team of six people who came on three motorcycles took out the driver and co-driver and set fire to the bus. The police said that the incident is being investigated.
