Kathmandu. In the history of ODI World Cup cricket, Canada has the poorest record for getting bowled out for the fewest runs. Canada managed to score only 36 runs before being bowled out in 18.4 overs in the World Cup match held in the West Indies in 2007 against Sri Lanka.
The second lowest score record is also held by Canada. The record was set in the second World Cup held in 1979. At that time, hosts England bowled out Canada for just 45 runs in 40.3 overs. The worst record of third lowest runs is in the name of Namibia.
