Miss Malta Cherise Spiteri arrived on a week-long visit to Nepal on Monday morning.
Spiteri along with a team of five members landed at Tribhuvan International Airport on a flight of Turkish Airlines this morning at the invitation of The Hidden Treasure.
Tourism board members and other staffers warmly welcomed the team by presenting them each with a traditional Dhaka topi upon arrival at TIA amidst enchanting melodies of the panchaibaja that filled the air.
This team will participate in the grand finale of Miss Nepal to be organized on Saturday. Prior to this, the team will visit touristic places of Kathmandu and Chitwan. The team will return home on August 6.
