Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has instructed all the ministers to make a plan for their work in 100 days. The Supreme Court has ordered Chief Justice Vishwambhar Prasad Shrestha to register a petition in the Constitutional Court against him. However, there is a constitutional provision that the Chief Justice will lead the constitutional bench. It is mentioned in the Constitution that there will be five judges including the Chief Justice in the Constitutional Bench. After this order of the Supreme Court, now the Chief Justice has to sit in the constitutional bench and hear the writ against which he is the opponent.Â
