Kathmandu. India’s Rohit Sharma has set the record for most centuries in World Cup cricket. He made this record by scoring a century against Afghanistan on Wednesday. He completed 100 runs in 63 balls. This is the 31st century in ODI cricket and the seventh century in World Cup cricket. Along with this, he broke the record of Sachin Tendulkar in the World Cup. India’s Sachin scored 6 centuries in the World Cup.
Rohit has created two more records. He has also found the record of scoring 1000 runs in the least (19) innings in the ODI World Cup.
In the match against India, David Warner of Australia made a record of 1000 runs in 19 innings.
