Nepal will be playing against Bahrain today in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Asia Region Qualifier. The match is scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM local Nepali time in Malaysia.
In the first match, Nepal lost to the home team by 5 runs. In the second match, Nepal defeated Qatar. In the third match, Nepal will play against Bhutan, followed by a match against Qatar in the fourth game, and the final match of the group stage will be against the UAE.
The competition includes 11 participating countries divided into two groups. Group A consists of Nepal, Bahrain, Bhutan, Malaysia, Qatar, and the UAE. Group B consists of China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Kuwait, and Myanmar.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals. The two teams that reach the final will qualify for the Global T20 Qualifier to be held in 2024.
