Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav attended a reception held here this evening on the occasion of the 71st National Day of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The National Day reception was hosted by the Ambassador of Egypt to Nepal Noha Elgebaly. It was attended by distinguished people of the Nepali society, including the Speaker, Chair of the National Assembly, members of the Council of Ministers, members of both the House of Representatives and National Assembly, officials of constitutional bodies, heads and office bearers of the diplomatic missions here, senior officials of the Nepal government, industrialists-businessmen, and senior journalists.
Putting her remarks in brief, Ambassador Elgebaly said the bilateral relations based on mutual respect have remained cordial since its establishment. She said the exchange of tourists between the two countries has brought this relation closer.
