It does not have a display as it connects to augmented reality (AR) glasses. All the computer screens are visible in front of the eyes. The glasses are almost like Vision Pro. For this, the starting price has been set at 1900 dollars (about two lakh 52 thousand rupees).
Analysts argue that the price of this computer brought by an Israeli startup company is expensive. However, the role of this company in expanding the field of AR computing is also high. Vision Pro gave a clear definition of AR computing. However, as the price was very expensive, its alternative was searched for in the market. It is seen that AR Spatial Computing is expensive for common people even though it comes in Spacestop option.Â
Although the Spacetop G-One is an alternative to AR computing experience, it is not wireless like the Vision Pro. The user must first connect the AR Glass to the keyboard dock of the computer. Only then does the computer display appear on the glasses. If it has a wireless system, it is expected to get a better AR experience.Â
Spacetop G-One does not support Windows operating system. For that, the company has introduced Space OS special operating system. It has been analyzed that if Windows 11 is available rather than a separate OS, this laptop may be preferred by users. Because as many apps as there are for Windows, those apps may not be supported. It has not been revealed how many apps it can support.Â
There is a separate space on the laptop cover to keep the AR glass safe. According to the company, you can put AR glasses on it and open a computer anywhere and prepare a virtual screen whenever you need.
