Many children see their friends and ask their parents for a mobile phone or a tab, but you should give these gadgets to your children only at the right age and at the right time. This will develop the habit of playing videos and online games throughout the day, giving children less attention to studies.
Encourage children to participate in outdoor activities. Have the kids play outside in the park.
Encourage them to read story books. Take children from 5 to 17 years for outdoor exercise, it keeps them physically and mentally fit.
You have to decide how much time the kids spend on mobile. It should not happen that after coming back from school, the child is busy with the mobile phone for hours.
This not only affects his studies negatively, his eyesight can also be weak. Don’t let your child under 10 use gadgets for more than 1 to 2 hours every day. Schedule screen time for teenagers too.
Set certain times of the day when no member of the household uses gadgets. Sit together and talk. If you are having a meal, keep in mind that no senior member of the family should use a mobile phone.
If adults are busy with mobile phones while eating, children are also stubborn. Communicate with each other as much as possible.
